On January 7, 2016, Foley Griffin partner, Tom Foley, was asked to lecture
at the Nassau County Criminal Courts Bar Association monthly meeting.
Tom presented a continuing legal education lecture entitled “Business
Plans for Criminal Defense Attorneys.” The focus of this presentation
was to encourage the attorneys in attendance to think of their law firms
as a business. As a business it is fundamental the law firms have a business
